FICC Youth Comission in Camping Stobreč – Split

At the end of October Camping Stobreč Split was host for members of FICC Youth Comission, due to organizing FICC Youth Rally 2012 at our camping. Federation Internationale de Camping et de Caravaning (FICC)  is a worldwide camping, caravanning and motor caravanning organization with 56 member Clubs and Federations in 32 countries on four continents. The FICC Youth Rally is organized annually every Easter and in 2012 it will take place in Split. The main objective of an FICC Youth Rally is to further friendship among young campers from all over the world throughout cultural, tourist and sporting activities.

The importance of this event was  recognized also from the city authorities and the Tourism Association of the city of Split, so the delegations of FICC Youth Comission, Croatian Camping Association and Camping Stobreč were welcomed at the head office of Split’s major.

Confedercampeggio awards

Camping Stobreč – Split has been awarded for ecology and quality in 2010 from the main Italian Camping Association “Confederazione Italiana Campeggiator” ( Confedercampeggio ). Delegation of Camping Stobreč accepted this prize in Vicenza on 9th October.

Confedercampeggio was founded in 1950 and today brings together 189 clubs, 18 regional federations and more than 21000 families. This prize is antoher confirmation of our constant efforts in making this campsite  better each  year.
